Graduated from Ankara University Law Faculty.

After completing the legal internship, he went to the UK and did his master’s degree in International Commercial Law at Anglia Ruskin University (Cambridge, UK). He prepared his dissertation on ‘‘The Court Practice in Interpreting the CIF and FOB Incoterms as Concerns the Passing of Risk’’, which demonstrates the usage and interpretation of Incoterms, International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)’s standardised terms used in international trade, in the Turkish Courts and British Courts.

Moreover, he has provided legal consultancy services to both foreign and Turkey’s leading companies for years and now continues to carry out attorneyship/consultancy services at Demir&Simsek.

Mostly, he works in the fields of International Commercial Law, Contract Law, Corporate Law, Transportation Law and Labour Law.

He speaks Turkish and English.
